How it works

1. Pick your name from the list above. There is no login — just choose yourself.
2. You get 3 marks each week. The campaign starts on a Tuesday, so your marks refill every Tuesday. Unused marks do not carry over — 3 a week across 8 weeks is exactly one full card.
3. Marks are final. Once a square is marked it cannot be unmarked, so pick deliberately.
4. Squares showing 📸 proof want a photo or video posted in #founda-in-motion.
5. First to finish a row in your region wins it. Europe, the UK, India and Canada each compete separately, so a row can be won once per region — which is why Team Progress below is grouped by region.
6. The campaign runs 1 September – 26 October 2026.
